Rasenth

This is just a general reference/design concept for a dragon character I made named Rasenth. He's pretty cool. I like him. The body shape and head I'm sketching, but colour wise I think I'm keeping this.

I'll have a good reference up in a bit.

Just changed a few things and added a colour chart... but that's really it. He doesn't look like this, just the colour and design. When I get a tablet I'm going to be uploading a good ref sheet.
